Sales Services in Brief
CeReTechs maintain stocks of spare parts at the service center.
On receipt of service call to the customer support:
-
1. Depending on the nature of the call, send technician(s) to the customer premise to check and if possible remove the problem

2. For equipment fault which is not solvable on site, the customer is advised to transfer the faulty equipment to the workshop/service center
-
3. On arrival of faulty equipment to the workshop/service center it is checked for validity of warrantee
-
4. For equipment under warrantee, change faulty part or entire unit. And

5. the equipment returns to the customer
